My work centers on self-compassion to reduce internalized shame, self-regulation tools to manage sensory and emotional overwhelm, and deep acceptance of who you are—not who the world expects you to be. I help clients move from burnout and masking to clarity and confidence, using strategies tailored to their nervous system, values, and strengths. This isn’t about fixing you—it’s about helping you thrive as your authentic self.
